Publish as a standalone web app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'd like to be able to host an interactive tutorial on Azure App Service. But right now, I can't, or at least not easily, because I'd need to install the tool on the App Service (is this even possible?).

Describe the solution you'd like It would be nice to be able to publish the tutorial as a standalone web application that can just be deployed to a web server (IIS, Azure App Service, etc).
