[FEATURE REQUEST]: Status of Project

Good Morning,

I am a project stakeholder that is considering this project for use in a greenfield application. I have some concerns about the activity of the project since I do not see commits since February of this year. Is this project considered dead at this point?

Also, are there any other alternatives that would allow me to interface C# with spark data frames if this project cannot continue?
