[Documentation or example code Request]: Read from Azure EventHubs not involving Kafka surface

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This is a documentation or a source code sample request. Current documentation to read from EventHubs rely on Kafka surface.

Describe the solution you'd like A clean document or example code involving learnings from #325, #933 etc

Describe alternatives you've considered I went through issue like #325, #933, #940. With some time and effort, maybe they are good enough. But that is not an ideal starter experience with this library. Previous requests of this nature like #148, were answered with pleasant do it yourself replies. But again, that is not a good starter experience.

Additional context A low percentage of people using this .NET library might come directly from Azure and not from Big data world . They might not be comfortable with Kafka parameters. Also it does not feel natural to use Kafka params to connect to Azure EventHub.
