@MiYanni The following code in the Version.Details.props file was removed by dotnet/dotnet, which caused the error. Should we contact the dotnet team to fix it, or should we add it back ourselves?

That warning can be ignored and the PR merged as-is - it only says no more changes from the VMR can flow into this PR at the moment.

We will adjust the wording to make it more clear.
