Based on schedule, Preview 6 isn't open anymore. I will let Matt speak to this.

That PR just got created because code flow subscriptions are (or were, 5 days ago) still enabled. There's no expectation that these backflow PRs will get merged and flow back into the VMR before we ship P6.

Same with these PRs: https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aopen+preview6. We are not merging them as we already reached code complete.
