Proposal: Update namespace to reflect the directory structure

At times I move class files between folders, It would be great if I could update the namespace to reflect the directory structure the file is placed in.

I would like to get the following suggestion when I place the cursor on a namespace and the namespace does not reflect the directory structure. 'Update the namespace to reflect the directory structure'

Maybe we could have this also: 'Move this file to the directory that reflects the namespace'

Or a simple "Rename Namespace" would be awesome.
