Support updating resource files during Hot Reload/EnC
This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.
when I add a new translation record it doesn't apply and I can't find it when I try to call it by localization path Resource I can't find it, I can find it in the file when I apply the new update to the view "Index" etc I try hot reload and rebuild but the changes don't appear it appears only when I close the program "Visual Studio Code" and re-open it again

I couldn't figure out the best area label to add to this issue. If you have write-permissions please help me learn by adding exactly one area label.
