Code cleanup is missing option to remove empty lines
This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.
[severity:It's more difficult to complete my work] ReSharper's refactoring has the ability to remove blank lines automatically. There's no option in Code cleanup to do this so it has to be done by manually invoking the action against a source file.
