Enable VSMain Integration test runs against PRs

We need to be able to run our integration tests against PR builds. Ideally this would be against VSMain, but if that's not possible we may have to settle for the latest public Preview.

Step one here is that we want to re-enable the VS Public Preview Integration test runs which hypothetically should be possible now that there's be a VS Preview release (it had version mismatch issues).
