Latest VS Insertion bug looks to only be complaining about the RazorExtension PDB bits missing oddly. Something must be amiss given we haven't resolved this issue.

I opened https://github.com/dotnet/arcade/issues/10712 to get some help with this, as our attempts have failed.

Last resort would be to add this DLL to the allowlist for symbol exceptions, since its not exactly often-debugged code
