Add intellisense to mvc taghelpers asp-controller/asp-action

This issue has been moved from a ticket on Developer Community.

Please add support in intellisense so I can navigate with F12 (Go to definition) to the method that are behind the asp-controller or asp-action on a razor a-tag:

Like here on the default template layout page: <a asp-area="" asp-controller="Home" asp-action="Privacy">Privacy</a> Then I would like to go to definition on HomeController and Privacy-action.

Also I want to see on thise methods that there are a reference to them on the method header.

See image where references are 0, but there are references... :
