@davidwengier @phil-allen-msft I don't think we've changed code generation around this recently so it's probably not compiler. Will let you folks take a first look and tag us in if you think it's something we broke :)

@Peter-Juhasz I believe we fixed this issue a while back but never resolved it (using a different issue as the primary). I just tried on the latest VS to verify, and it seems to work fine for me
