Move Resource screen could do with a little more info

All of the resources files in dotnet/razor are named SR.resx by convention, which means the Move Resource screen is a little lacking in info. I've worked out that if I just tick the two files I'm dealing with its okay, but the experience could be better:

That makes sense, I also received the same feedback from @KlausLoeffelmann for the WinForms repo :) assigning it to myself!

This has been fixed. We have logic to present unambiguous resource file names and use it in several places, including here.
