Debug launch profile UI takes too many clicks to get to

[severity:It's more difficult to complete my work] If you need to update the command line argument of CLI project it takes too many click to get to the "Launch Profiles UI".

From what I can tell from digging around the UI in frustration you can either right click to the project then go Debug > General then click on "Open debug launch profiles UI". That's three or four clicks. The other way is to use the Standard tool bar, click on the project dropdown then click on "Project Name Debug Properties". <<< The UI naming is very inconsistent by the way.
