Hi, I'm using a NamedPipeServerStream, but the analyzer is yelling at me.

As far as I understand, https://github.com/dotnet/platform-compat/commit/532b760d5e2016ef84696dfd2f0132eb04693651 ignores the warning, and says there's only issues under specific conditions. Will a new package be released soon with this fix?

More generally, the most recent version of this package, 0.2.12-alpha, was published over 15 months ago. What is the status of this project? Has it died, or is not receiving updates because it's considered to be mature? If it's the former, that's a great shame as this is proving really useful in migrating .NET Framework projects over to .NET Standard and .NET Core.

I really like this package, and I hope a new version will be released soon. Hopefully addressing some of the build performance impact described in https://github.com/dotnet/platform-compat/issues/202.
