Update stale docs in docs wiki

[maridematte]

There is currently a lot of stale documentation around the wiki. Those need to be updated as they are not correct anymore.

These are the changes that need to be made

• [ ] Interactions with internal repo
  • [ ] Files are automatically synced: https://github.com/dotnet/msbuild/pull/5531
  • [ ] Files mentioned moved within the repo, to a new repo
