[PerfStar] Fix pipeline failures

At this moment PerfStar pipeline fails quick if the last build of MSBuild CI pipeline was not from main: https://dev.azure.com/devdiv/DevDiv/_build/results?buildId=10398985&view=results Configure the PerfStar pipeline so that it takes the latest main branch bits from MSBuild CI when running on schedule.
