Wrong Layout in CollectionView using RTL

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download CollectionViewDemos.zip
2. Launch the App and navigate to the RTL sample.

Verified repro with Android 11 and the above project.

Verified this issue with Visual Studio Enterprise 17.6.0 Preview 2.0. Repro on Android and iOS platform with sample project. CollectionViewDemos.zip

@jsuarezruiz, After applying RTL, the layouts update correctly on Android and Windows with the latest version. However, the issue still persists on iOS.

This issue is not reproduced on Android and Windows in latest version (v9.0.80). The IOS platform will be fixed by https://github.com/dotnet/maui/pull/27653
