Description

Select MesaureAllItems 'or 'MesaureFirstItem ' Options the Image shows no change. Affected case: I3 - Variable size items for Vertical list

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://devdiv.visualstudio.com/Pkgs/_git/VS.TestAssets.Xaml?path=/Assets/Projects/ManualMauiTests to Windows.
2. Navigate to 'I CollectionView' ->'I3Selection '
3. Click or tap on 'Variable size items' for 'Vertical list'.
4. Select the 'MesaureAllItems 'or 'MesaureFirstItem' Option, Observed the page are not responding.

Actual Behavior: Select the 'MesaureAllItems 'or 'MesaureFirstItem' Option, Observed the page are not responding.

Expected: a. All images display the default size properly when 'MesaureAllItems' is checked b. All images sizes remain the same as the first image size when 'MesaureFirstItem' is checked.

Not a regression, The issue also repro on 8.0.61& 8.0.3
