DragInteraction crashes GraphicsView embedded in ScrollView when deployed to Android device

Description

When a GraphicsView with DragInteraction event handler is embedded in ScrollView, the application crashes at startup. This is only visible when starting the app from the device (no crash occurs in debug mode from Visual Studio).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a MAUI app having at least one GraphicsView with DragInteraction event handler embedded in ScrollView;
2. deploy the app to an Android device or emulator, and run the app on the device itself (or emulator), independently from Visual Studio: the app will crash at startup.

No workaround. Also another issue was reported a while ago where someone else highlighted DragInteraction won't propagate to GraphicsView when embedded in ScrollView. See https://github.com/dotnet/maui/issues/7483
