Description

When adding things to ingredients, there is only one checkbox left.

Note: This problem currently only occurs on the Windows platform.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy https://github.com/rachelkang/recipeSearch to Windows.
2. Choose My Recipes->Korean Egg Roll->Edit
3. Add 'an apple' to ingredients. 4.Click the update button.

Actual Result: There is only one checkbox left.

Expected Result: The page should remain in its previous format, with ‘an apple’ in the last checkbox.

Not a regression, it can be reproduced in the latest 8.0.21

Tested versions back to 8.0.3 and it repros on all of them.
