Splash Screen Image doesn't fit across devices with different Android Versions

Description

I have used a custom image for splash screen. It is a *.png image. The image appears as expected in Android 12 Mobile Phones. But it is enlarged in Android 11 Mobile Phone and Harmony OS tablet.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new MAUI project
2. Delete the default splash image from Resources/Splash folder
3. Add a new splash image in the Resources/Splash folder
4. Select MauiSplashScreen for BuildAction in the File Properties
5. Build and Deploy the project in Android 11 and Android 12 mobile phones

Yeah I just recently noticed differences on different Android devices (mostly because circumstances meant I had to use a new one). On one emulator I have my logo appearing in a stripe across the screen, but on another one it's in a circle. I'm not sure if this is the same issue being discussed here - is it meant to be like that?

@PureWeen No probs. Pixel 3a API 28 and Pixel 4 API 34. Note: the image itself is rectangular, so the first one is correct - in the second it got scrunched up into a circle. Also the aspect ratio is correct in the first but been squashed in the second.

Verified this issue with Visual Studio 17.10.0 preview2 (8.0.14). Can repro on Android platform.
