Enable Device Testing on Mac Catalyst using Mac Idiom

Description

The current DeviceTests project uses and runs tests on Mac Catalyst using iPad idiom only. The test setup would need expanding to include both iPad and Mac idiom to enable visual testing specific to Mac idiom.

Public API Changes

It may be possible to use the same approach used to run tests for Windows packaged/unpackaged apps. Further investigation would be required on potential approaches.

Intended Use-Case

Enabling use of device tests for validating issues/fixes that only apply to Mac Catalyst apps using Mac idiom and preventing future regressions.
