Resizetizer generates incorrect images
Description
When working with svg images, resizetizer seemingly generates images which don't align with its vector graph counterpart. For example:
- Snooze.svg
gives the following output:
The following vector graphics also show likewise behaviour
Steps to Reproduce
- Download the previously linked svg files.
- Include them in your resources folder, build action MauiImage.
- Compile the project
- Inspect bin output and notice discrepancies between the input vector graphics and output image.

Perhaps related to #19448 Although it differs in that i do get some visual output, just not the expect output. 😅 Perhaps some clipping issue is going on here.
Can repro this issue at Android platform on the latest 17.10.0 Preview 3(8.0.7&8.0.20).
