AutoML.SourceGenerator needs to convert to incremental source generator

With the latest roslyn implementation of ISourceGenerator results in a RS1042 warning as error.

These need to switch to using https://github.com/dotnet/roslyn/blob/main/docs/features/incremental-generators.md
