Describe the bug There is no responding when clicking "Add Cell Output to Chat" from more option.

Note:

1. Repro VM: 10.158.80.11.

Steps:

1. Ctrl+Shift+P => "Polyglot Notebook: Create new blank notebook"
2. Select "Create as .dib" ->Select "C#"
3. Set the cell contents to "1 + 1";" and execute cell
4. Click "..." button which below the execution number [1]
5. Choose "Add Cell Output to Chat"
