After saving the newly created .ipynb file -> then set the cell contents, there's no response when executing the cell.

Steps:

1. Ctrl+Shift+P => "Polyglot Notebook: Create new blank notebook"
2. Select "Create as .ipynb"
3. Select "F#"
4. Save the file and Open it with notepad check the content's format.
5. Set the cell contents to 1+1 and execute.

Expected Results After executing the cell, the output should be shown as 2.

Actual Results: After saving the newly created .ipynb file -> then set the cell contents, there's no response when executing the cell.
