F# units of measure do not display
Describe the bug
F# units of measure are not displaying as expected. Only the numeric value, sans the unit of measure, are being displayed. See the screenshot below.

The expected value printout would be 2.0<cm> or 2<cm> and not just 2.
I would be happy to take a look at fixing this if I could get a few pointers.
I'm somewhat "stumbling backward" into this space in order to shore up support for polyglot notebooks in a library I'm maintaining. So I'm scouting out open F# issues and spotted this. My interest is in getting FsAutoComplete updated and doing a few other thigns to bring .NET interactive up to par for F#. This seems like it would be in the neighborhood of the neighborhood I'll be investigating. If Once I get my bearings I'll see about looping back to you on this. If you're still game maybe we can get someone to crib us both through the basics of this project to find our way.
