Next press release about polygot? - Getting worried, haven't heard anything new.
Question
Yo, where is the place to go to hear about the latest developments in polygot notebooks? I'm pretty excited by it, but haven't heard anything about in 2024, other then maybe the .net 8 support landed earlier this year.
Looking at the kanban project management stuff in this repo, the statement of work doesn't really excite me... https://github.com/dotnet/interactive/issues/3445
Like yeah we need these features, but it's not exciting. Things like code formatting (like prettier) and linting in js cells would excite me. Or being able to debug cells like you can in python notebooks would have been massively helpful.
idk, still cool tho, just want more hype!
There is a pinned issue for 1.0 stabilization so I believe the team has focus on it, and probably a lot in regards to Semantic Kernel kernel. After these we will have a milestone I guess.
