[bug] .NET SDK version insufficient message pops up in spite of version 8.0.100 being installed

Describe the bug

When you open the notebook, the error message that the ".NET version is insufficient" notification pops up with the window to install .NET 8.0 required messaging as well. I have version 8.0.100 installed and my notebooks run fine.
