Hide/Remove Create Interactive Window from Command Palette

Since we don't leverage Create Interactive Window with .NET Interactive Window could we remove this

Related to this issue I am unable to edit cell created with create Interactive Window Steps:

  • Ctrl+Shift+P - select create Interactive Window
  • Type code image
  • Run code image
  • High light cell content and hit delete and backspace
    image
