Add verbose option to build.sh (to apply to all parts of the dotnet-sdk src (ie fsharp,runtime,etc))

As stated, could it be possible to add a verbose flag/option to the build script so we can automatically see verbose output to the stdout instead of putting it in logs? or is this not possible due to the way msbuild/build.sh's scripts are setup?
