Update to .NET 6

I rush too much and miss following error error SYSLIB0014: 'WebClient.WebClient()' is obsolete: 'WebRequest, HttpWebRequest, ServicePoint, and WebClient are obsolete. Use HttpClient instead.'

My question, should I suppress this warning/error in examples, or update them as part of this PR. That make you like slightly more inconvinient, due to large noise. This PR is just replace net5.0 -> net6.0 and 5.x -> 6.x

Is there any reason why builds are private? It seems other projects under dotnet umbrella has public PR and CI builds. If logs would be piblic, I can fight with them alone and give you clean green PRs
