Default Xamarin templates for Android and iOS are broken in VS

They are not owned by us, they should be.

In all my years as a Xamarin dev. The templates were never useful. Please remove these and redirect F# users to https://github.com/fabulous-dev/FSharp.Mobile.Templates 🙂
