Wrong German translation

Description

As usual, there are issues with the German translation of the article.

"must be called at most once" ist translated with "muss höchstens einmal aufgerufen werden". However correct translation would be "darf höchstens einmal aufgerufen werden".

Not sure why there are German translations at all, they have been erroneous for decades and a programmer in Germany not being able to read English would be very strange.
