Filter doc is inconsistent about if the filter is exclusive or inclusive.

The filter argument documentation states:

"Filters out tests in the current project using the given expression."

But the linked page, Running selective unit tests, does not say one way or the other. The examples seem to indicate that the filter is inclusive, not exclusive.
