Prepare a package for Windows store from VS Code is missing

Description

The page have information to publish a packaged and unpackaged Windows apps from CLI and Publish with Visual Studio to folder. I use VSCode for Maui development and want to release to the Microsoft Store. Please add a section to publish to folder in order to upload to the Partner Center from CLI.
