VS Code Install Recommendations

From going through a recent install....

  1. When installing Android Studio it would be nice to clarify all of the items you need to install. Emulator, tools, api sdk, etc. I would maybe add some screenshots here showing how to do it IMHO
  2. Talking with David O, it sounds like the recommendation first is to install Android Studio and not the magic build script... we should clarify perhaps? Seems like it is a better option
  3. Xcode - can be downloaded from App Store or from the Apple developer portal (recommended IMHO)
