Issue description In Orchestrate Python apps in .NET Aspire doc, we need to update some instructions.

Issue1:

For Run the app section, the Structured Logs, Traces and Metrics are empty in the dashboard.

EXPECTED: The dashboard should display Structured Logs, Traces and Metrics.
