Add source file names and line numbers to the output of dotnet-stack

I would like to proposedotnet-stack report -p <pid> to report additionally source file names and line numbers, similar to how jstack does. It would help to better understand what the program is doing. The information is usually present, since it is reported in the stack traces of exceptions.
