VSCode hangs when I open one C# file

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open this file: https://gist.github.com/exyi/a183e26ad81c7d6a2887961c8d0c8545

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes. It also happens on my friends PC with a different set of extensions.
