hello, sorry for my bad english; i was reinstalling plarium play and i got an error that forces me to install .net x64; opens the new site, I install but it gives me error 0x80070005 access denied and therefore I can't install it

Perhaps you could share some screenshots of the error that forces you to install .net x64? were you able to install or do you get the 0x800 error during installation?

Unfortunately, GitHub doesn't allow you to add screenshots via e-mail response. Youd have to reply on the github.com website to be able to attach the screenshots.
did you check what the log file says? and where does the "Would you like to download it now?" takes you? I'd expect that to take you to a runtime download page instead of SDK.
