Hosting Nullable reference types support

It would be better to support nullable reference types for all libraries

Which libraries would you like to see this for? It's best to open more specific issues so they can be tracked separately.

Hosting extensions for now, and I try to draft a PR for it in #1761 Maybe better if System.CommandLine.Rendering is enabled also, created another issue #1763 for tracking
