installed .NET Core Runtimes v8.0.12 (+ v6.0.22-x86) not detected

dotnet-core-uninstall list does not show the .NET Core Runtimes v8.0.12 x86 and x64, despite they are installed (via Windows Desktop Runtime packages).

Installed .NET Core Runtime v6.0.22 x64 is listed, but v6.0.22 x86 is also not shown. Installed ASP.NET Core Runtimes v6 and v8 (x86 + x64) are all detected.

(dotnet --list-runtimes shows all installed runtimes.)
