@maraf do you know if these APIs are going to go away before RTM?

The plan is to make these internal.

All these APIs should be marked [Obsolete] And [EditorBrowsable(Never)] at the very least if we can't make them (or [Experimental])

If we don't remove the built-in HotReload, we need to make these APIs as public. They were added in https://github.com/dotnet/aspnetcore/pull/60030. The former ApplyHotReloadDelta (which is public in .NET < 10) is marked as Obsolete already. The whole WebAssemblyHotReload class is marked as [EditorBrowsable(Never)]. The HotReloadAgent classes flowing from SDK are already internal.
