Failed to run `azd up` for `CustomResources` samples

Describe the issue: azd up fails for CustomResources samples with the following error: Image

Repro Steps:

  1. Run git clone https://github.com/dotnet/aspire-samples.git.
  2. Run azd auth login.
  3. Run cd samples/CustomResources.
  4. Run azd init.
  5. Run azd up.

Environment:

  • Samples: CustomResources.
  • Azd version: azd version 1.19.0-beta.1-daily.5273554 (commit a9a799fcecb24305bdf57298453574e3b0ac9622).
  • Branch: Main.

Expected behavior: azd up can be successfully run for samples CustomResources

  • Samples: CustomResources.
