i would expect some hits already, I'll take a look
Changing error message to Response status code does not indicate success: 503 (Service Unavailable)
I hope that message isn't too general, that basically just any service returning a 503. Though I guess since it says there was only 1 hit, that's not the case.
pkgs.devops service is down for over six hours. it is affecting all repos. this incident has happened twice this month alone and many times in previous months...
nuking the myget option (#4609) was not a great move after all. you could have kept myget as a backup plan (with lighter retention policy) for situations like this, to save time. when the services are back to normal, sync the package versions between the two, those which were uploaded during the outage.
in short, pkgs.devops is one of the worst provider compared to all its alternatives when it comes to "availability of service". keeping it as a primary store is fine, but without any kind of backup plan is not.

@kasperk81 This was a planned outage for a service move, followed by some issues. MyGet also had issues handling our scale, and the scale is quite a lot larger than it used to be.
we're using https://github.com/dotnet/arcade/issues/11239 to track these.
