Sentiment Tracking - Build attempted to run on a deadlettered queue, but Build Analysis said it crashed
Sentiment has been registered against feature DeveloperWorkflowGitHubCheckTab. Please see the Azure Boards work item for more details.
A negative sentiment was registered against feature: DeveloperWorkflowGitHubCheckTab
It says "helix work item crash" but when I click on the console output, it says "dead lettered"
My assumption is that work item crash likely means -- the tests crashed. Whereas dead lettered just means -- the yml needs an update, or this PR was created earlier and then rerun.
Is it worth distinguishing these cases in the build analysis?
