Not able to download the executable on apisoft.net site

Hi! At the current date, it is not possible to download the tool's executable to test it locally.

On https://apisof.net/upgrade-planner , after clicking in "Download Beta" I am redirected to an error page that informs:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Can someone help me out?

I ended up cloning the repo and building it. It is also available as a dotnet tool looks like. See dotnet tool
