Remove unsupported platforms

Only the following platforms were committed to support and need to be removed so they don't end up in the 'stable' release in GA:

  • net6.0-android
  • net6.0-ios
  • net6.0-maccatalyst
  • net6.0-windows*
  • net6.0-tizen

This doesn't preclude future support for net6.0-tvos, net6.0-macos, and other windows' support (ie: WPF and/or WinForms), however those are out of scope for the MAUI GA release.
